University of North Alabama (UNA) is located in Florence, Alabama, USA.It traces its roots to 1830, making it one of the oldest state universities in American history.
UNA's campus area occupies a vast territory of 5,800 hectares.
There are more than 50,000 alumni around the world and 7,000 students currently enrolled in the university.UNA’s students come from different states around the nation as well as 40 other countries around the world.
UNA has 93 bachelor and masters professional programs offering degrees in Business studies, Arts and Sciences, Education and Nursing.
Since its establishment, the university has offered higher education courses,obtaining Alabama State government's support and assistance. In 1975 it started offering graduate degrees.
